Octopi nothing coming out

hello
i have my sim running octopi and i just updated to pods marlin firmware (i haven’t printer with octoprint yet i updated before trying octoprint)
and when i click extrude on octoprint neither of the extrudes extrude any filament
the steppers are not turning
and when i try to print the same thing
the steppers that pull the filament into the head are not turning?
any help will be amazing thank you

for anyone else who has this issue i figured it out
it is just broken filament in the head so just heat up your head and unscrew the nozzle then pull the filament out from the top
