I think that I’ve seen a topic on here before about this but I can’t find it,
after my last long print which failed I noticed that there was plastic that oozed out from behind the hot end.
any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

Hi, The Nozzles are leaking you have to replace the nozzle.
The annoying thing is to cleanup the heaters.
To unmount the nozzles you need to heat it up at 200° C ans use a 7mm wrench to unscrew the nozzle system. the operation should be done while the filament is unloaded.
