Cartrigde load error

Hello

I just receive my Zeepro 3D. I start to load my first cartridge without
problem but the second one can not take in the plastic filament (I
followed advises to load correctly the cartridge, pull out a little bit
the filament to ensure smooth loading and push
it back). The small rotating piece is running but cannot engaged the
plastic filament to the system.

Anyone else has a solution ?

This might seem silly, but did you push the cartridge down all of the way? The more fully seated the cartridge is, the more It applies force to the filament against the toothed loading wheel on the stepper motor.

If that doesn’t work, perhaps you can use the first cartridge to print this:
