I tried to print the Zeepro model of “Abraham Lincoln”. It failed because I still did not find the right way to stick well the model on the plate (during printing the first layers warp). So I stop the printing process and would like to try again but the interface says for the cartridge “not enough, reverse the cartridge”. If I try to “load”, it starts doing something and then the error message “LOAD ERROR, TRY TO UNLOAD TO UNBLOCK” appears. The grey button “unload the filament” is not click-able.
If I go to “manage my zim” menu and “filament” section, it is notified 82.2 meters of filament remains and if I click on “load
filament”, it starts initializing it…
I tried also to reboot the zim but same error and impossible to do a print! 
I run with last software version 1.8.3.
