Cant add a new account

Hello,

I did sell my Zim printer to someone else, but now he can’t add a new account. So, he can’t do anything with the printer :frowning:
Does anyone has a solution? What doesn’t costs anything?

I switch my zim with an other sysyem (octoprint), but I don’t remember, with previous system, as long as you are in local network need an account to use printer (but maybe I’m wonrg…)

But you still need an account to log in to your zim?

I didn’t use zeeproshare.com for a year…
I really can’t help you (I even tought zeeproshape was out of service since the compagny closed).
Maybe someone will give you a better answer.

But you can print if you printer is in local network

you don’t need an account to use the printer. you connect to the printer using the url http://zim.local/test_production and it unlocks the printer for usage without any account.
each time you power on your zim you have to use this URL

There is also a “hack”. You just need to delete a specific file in the SD Card. already discussed in an other topic.
