Adjusting end stop?.. larger print issue

i need some help on this larger print it prints the 1st layer perfect but it supposed to have hooks.outside instead of printing the hooks it jumps up and prints another layer?. has happend on every large file i try and its funny bc the item is well under the dimension of the plate …any help would be great thanks. odd because all my smaller items print really well.

What are you slicing with?

Can you see the same issue happening in the GCODE Viewer in OctoPrint? (not sure which setup you have)
