i bought the printer and received it defective, then was sent parts (after attempting to reach them multiple times with no response) with no instructions on how to install them. then again tried to contact customer service again multiple times with no response untill i threatened them with writing bad reviews on there kickstarter forums. i finally decided to return the item for my money back and had to have paypal contact them for me because i could not for the life of me get ahold of anybody there. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE OR THIS COMPANY
Worst thing ive ever bough with worst customer service ive ever encountered
Well, the customer support was friendly and most times very helpful. I do have the problem that my ZIm is not able to extrude anymore as their filament gear are the worst I’ve ever seen (and yes - I do own more printer and also develop printers myself).
So far I’m not convinced that this is a good printer and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy this till they do deliver a better filament gear: it simply does not do what’s intended to do.
